What does a dispatcher actually do for me?

We find loads, negotiate with brokers, book the rate con, send carrier packets, chase paperwork, follow up on factoring, and handle detention or layover claims. You drive. We deal with everything off the truck.

What's the fee, and when do you charge it?

A flat percentage of the gross on each load. No setup fee, no subscription, no surprises. If the truck doesn't move, we don't get paid either.

Do I need my own authority and insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We dispatch for owner-operators and small fleets that hold an active MC, a current DOT, $1M auto liability minimum and $100k cargo. We can help you get the paperwork to brokers, we don't run loads under our own authority.

How fast can I start running loads?

Accepted Answer

Once we have your MC, insurance, W-9, and a signed dispatch agreement in the CRM, usually 24 to 48 hours. Onboarding is bilingual and takes around 20 minutes.

Will you stick to the lanes I want?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Preferred lanes, home base, home time, and the rate-per-mile floor live in the CRM. We pitch loads against that, not against whatever is most convenient for us.

Do you really answer at 2 a.m.?

Yes. Dispatch is 24/7 in English and Spanish. Flat tire, lumper dispute, weather reroute, broker hassling about an appointment, you call, we pick up.

Can I choose which loads to take?

Always. We send the load with the rate, miles, broker, and pickup window. You confirm, then we book. No loads get covered behind your back.

Do you handle factoring?

We submit your invoices to your factoring company, send them the BOL and POD, and chase payment if it stalls. Pick your factor, we'll plug into it.

We file your quarterly IFTA fuel taxes and keep your HOS logs audit-ready, so you never miss a deadline.
